Chuck and Shelly are the BEST! Since moving to Ocala two years ago, we have relied on their services for our three cars and truck. Honest, fair, friendly, and timely, they are service-oriented and provide excellent work. There is no corner-cutting, shoddy labor, or off-brand parts. Their work is "one and done," service that appears to be rare here. What's more, they go out of their way to provide quick and reliable help. Frankly, we wouldn't go anywhere else. They have earned our trust and loyalty.

Needed to find reliable auto service to do an oil change on our Sienna van. Oil changes these days aren't as straight forward as they used to be 20 years ago. They did it right. I will be back to Pals for any future auto maintenance.

i had a good experience, nice people to talk with and i trusted them with my Mazerati in which i dont let anyone touch unless its a Maserati dealer to do an oil change

Not happy at all. I went because I heard a noise under my hood like the power steering needed fluid and the belt squeak. Took it to Pals to have it checked and was told they were all around my engine and all is well, but I need struts and alignment, $981, I was in disbelief but they insisted nothing was wrong with my engine. Reluctantly I said go ahead, I trusted this establishment, they look like they know what they're doing, their building is attached to an advanced auto parts, so I went online and checked the price of struts for my car, $150. But on my receipt the parts said $598. And they said the $147 to check the car would be taken off of the cost..I don't see where it was any where.. and to top it off. The same noise I took my car there for is still there, my car isn't riding any different than before I took it to them, which if it would be riding better I'd excuse them. $1200 was what I paid for what I don't know.. I told them 2 different people told me I need breaks and rotors, they said no they're fine, now I get an email for suggested service.. my breaks and rotors need to be replaced! Never ever again.. I'm so disappointed with the people in this city, I moved here a year ago and have learned that there are a bunch of thieves and swindlers here🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

First time visiting location and made me feel at home told them my issues and did exactly that not pricey at the same time within budget and went completely out of their way to deliver my vehicle due to work schedule. Chuck made us feel like family and made the impossible possible. One fact I live by everything is possible and you get what you pay for

We were on our way from Atlanta to Orlando and the air conditioner stopped working on our 2017 Hyundai. It is summer so it is hot and there is no way we could survive without Air Condition. We ended up at Pals after stopping at a few placed. Chuck and Shelly, I believe that is the receptionists name, were AMAZING. Some of the nicest people I know and very accommodating. The bays were full, but they figured out a way to get our car looked at quickly. Chuck ran a tight ship and knew what was going on, but sat and chatted with us and made us feel right at home. Then, they figured out there is a factory defect and that weirdly, our AC started working. Chuck refused to charge us for even looking at it! He was very knowledgeable and pointed out that there are community boards talking about this issue (which I later confirmed). God forbid I ever have car problems again, but this is where I will go to if needed. The only "negative" I have about Pals is that I wish they were close to where I lived because I would use them above anyone else. Honest. Nice. Very knowledgeable. Thank you Chuck and Shelly!!
