I recently had a problem with the convertible top on my Jaguar. I was totally prepared for it to be a major problem, as most things are with Jaguar. Luckily, I found Chuck and Pal's Auto Repair. What a great bunch of people! Not on did the provide the best service I've ever received from an independent auto shop, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with and reasonably priced. My Jaguar roof was no problem for Pals. They took it in on Friday and it was back in my driveway on Saturday. If you've ever owned a Jaguar, you know that was a near miracle. Whether you own a Jaguar, a Bentley or a Chevrolet, this should be your "go to shop" for any and all auto repairs in Central Florida. You won't regret it!

Our Prius' master warning light was on. It would start but would not go into gear, only neutral. We had it towed to Pals in late august. When it got there the 12v battery was dead. They replaced the battery which they communicated to us. So that's fine. What they did not communicate to us was they also had to have a new key fob made. A month and a half goes by from when the car got there to when we finally got a text message saying the hybrid battery needed replaced which is about 7,000 dollars. We had a bad feeling about this place given the lack of communication this whole time. When I went to pick up the car it obviously was still not working so I had it towed to Deluca Toyota down the road from Pals. Deluca toyota told me the only code they were getting was a low voltage code for the 12v battery, the battery Pals supposedly replaced. No codes for the hybrid battery at all! There was nothing wrong with the hybrid battery. Toyota charged the 12 v battery and what do you know? Master warning light is off and the car starts and runs just fine. I drove it home a week after I had it towed to Toyota. All it cost me at Toyota was a 155 dollar diagnostics fee. A far cry from 7,000 dollars Pals wanted to beat us in the head for. These people that run Pals are either incompetent or liars or both. I'm not finished as I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

Today I brought my Trailer there for a bearing issue. The guys looked at it and fixed my bearings in what was an amazing fast time for being a walk in. Every other shop around told me it would be a few days to get looked at and fixed. Super friendly and very professional staff . Great place to get your vehicle or trailer worked on!

Very honest at straight to deal with. Highly recommend this for vehicle maintenance.
