Pals Ocala Auto Repair went above be and beyond for us. We were coming from Illinois to Florida and our water pump went out in bumper-to-bumper traffic on I75 near Ocala, Fl @ 3:30 pm. We made it to a Loves gas station. We then proceeded to call a Chevy dealer in town who told us that more than likely they would not be able to get it done the next day. We called Pals and spoke to Chuck, who told us they would take care of us and could probably fit us in the next day. He recommended a hotel to stay overnight that had restaurants that we could walk to. We also needed a tow truck and he gave us the name of a towing company. We proceeded to the hotel and Chuck had already called the hotel and informed them that we would be arriving. Chuck was very informative of what needed to be done to the vehicle and costs prior to. We also did not know if we were going to have to Uber it to pick up our vehicle. Chuck informed us that his wife will pick us up and take us to the shop to get our vehicle. During this stressful time they took our worries and made it so easy for us as we had no idea what was around in Ocala. Needless to say, our vehicle got fixed and we could have not felt more appreciative for all they did to help us. I would recommend Pals to anyone that needs service for their vehicles. I cannot say enough for their outstanding service and customer relations!!!
