We had problem with our car and being form out of state did not help the situation. However, we were able to find Pals auto shop. I explained the situation and they took me in with knowing that my repair will be over the closing time. They looked at the problem and let us know what needed to be done. They worked on it passed their closing time and received the car repaired. If you need car repaired on Ocala, all you need is Pals Auto Repair. If they were in my home town, they would be my go to Auto Repair Center. Overall Great auto repair shop that cares. All the staff is friendly and professional.

We recently moved to Ocala from Greater Cincinnati. My wife has a 2006 Mercedes Convertible. It has always been serviced by our Mercedes Dealer where we purchased the car. Closest Mercedes Dealer is in Gainesville which was inconvenient. We found Pal on the internet and could not have been happier. Our scheduled service was great, Chuck really knows cars and Shelly knows Customers. Great Team, we have a new home fir service for my wife’s Red Mercedes Convertible🚗

I called Pals when we were traveling in our 38 foot motor home and the dash lights came on showing a brake problem. I had called different places, one said the only appointment they had was in January. Pals took us in right away and fixed it so we could continue our trip. Everyone was friendly and professional. Chuck even stopped traffic so we could get out onto the busy highway!

Amazing I can not say enough about them. Yes a little pricey worth saving my second dad's life who had no brakes and was overheating the car was done in less a day. Quick efficient and amazing everything was explained in detailed. They did not do any uncessarry work like most places.
