Do not take any BMW IN THIS SHOP DONT HAVE THE PROPER SOFTWARE TO TROUBLESHOOT YOUR PROBLEMS...ALSO I JUST BOUGHT THIS CAR, I NEED IT TO KNOW EVERYTHING IS WRONG WITH THE CAR..WHEN I ASKED THE MECHANIC HE WAS RUDE AND SAID THE LADY IN THE COUNTER WILL EXPLAIN TO YOU....ARE YOU SERIOUS... HE THEN WAS RUDE EXPLAIN JUST AS LITTLE IS POSSIBLE AFTER SPEND $900 DOLLARS VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞 😔 😒 😕 😐 THE LADY IN THE COUNTER WAS VERY NICE.. WAS THE LAZY MECHANIC 😴 😪 😕 😒 IF I PAID FOR A SERVICE I SPECT EXPLANATION ON WAS IS WRONG WITH IT....

Great service, quick, complete and fairly priced. My Jag was in on Tuesday, back on Thursday. Plus, I dropped the car off at Chuck’s house, and he drove it to Ocala and back, saving me a round trip and a day waiting.
