We were on our way from Atlanta to Orlando and the air conditioner stopped working on our 2017 Hyundai. It is summer so it is hot and there is no way we could survive without Air Condition. We ended up at Pals after stopping at a few placed. Chuck and Shelly, I believe that is the receptionists name, were AMAZING. Some of the nicest people I know and very accommodating. The bays were full, but they figured out a way to get our car looked at quickly. Chuck ran a tight ship and knew what was going on, but sat and chatted with us and made us feel right at home. Then, they figured out there is a factory defect and that weirdly, our AC started working. Chuck refused to charge us for even looking at it! He was very knowledgeable and pointed out that there are community boards talking about this issue (which I later confirmed). God forbid I ever have car problems again, but this is where I will go to if needed. The only "negative" I have about Pals is that I wish they were close to where I lived because I would use them above anyone else. Honest. Nice. Very knowledgeable. Thank you Chuck and Shelly!!
