This is a warm, family-friendly establishment but their time management is horrible. I set an appointment for a brake change & inspection, but about 2 hours went by with me waiting to be serviced. They did not even have the time to look at my car during the time period I was waiting. Their excuse was that if you want to be serviced at a decent time you need to book an appointment at 8AM when they first open. My advice is if you are going to offer various time slots for online booking make sure you can actually honor the scheduled time!! This was a large inconvenience for me and I would not recommend this auto repair shop to anyone who does not have time to waste.

We apologize for the confusion, Leah, and we understand your frustration with our system. Sadly, our scheduling system was not working perfectly that week and you are not alone in your frustration. We appreciate your feedback and are currently working to resolve the issue. We do hope we can re-earn your trust and that we'll see you again at the next service visit. Next time, we'll do our best there are no scheduling issues. :-)

Not really worth the time and effort spent! Cost me 500 bucks to get a new heater hose. I tried to go up at talk to Lester at the front desk and he could see me through the window but never came in there. I did that multiple times. Every time I did go up there no one was working on my car. I spent 5 hours waiting for them to diagnose and replace my heater hose. I also was never told until I got my bill that it is cheaper if you pay with cash. It was almost 25 bucks cheaper to pay cash but it was too late.

I talked to Lester about the review left by Kaycee. She arrived by tow truck at 12:05 pm she left at 3:37pm. The car needed a heater hose that takes approximately two hours to do, I looked at the way that Lester price the job and it was priced 100% correct. She was not overcharged. When he sold her the job she asked how long it would be he said it would take approximately 3 hours. Now remember the car came in at 12:05 and we had to check it out before we sold the job so Lester said we were probably about 12:40 before he sold the job and then he told her 3 hours on top of that so he was pretty close to the time. He also said that she came to the window and asked how long three different times while the car was being worked on and each time he answered her questions that it was in process and it would be about 3 hours. I think that prices have went up dramatically because of the covid situation and the supplies availability and I think it was just a shock to her that it was this much money. But as we have discussed many times everything has went up dramatically. Also Lester said that her Dad called to check on things, that could be part of this.

Dishonest about their inspection and diagnosis and what they want to charge to fix my car $37K ? I went somewhere else and I paid $2K. Very rude and aggressive. Be careful ⛔️

We are very sorry you feel this way. When your Mercedes came in, it had 6 cobwebs on it and looked like it had not been driven for a while. For three days, we tried to contact you to let you know your vehicle needed a new engine. The engine price we quoted for you was super fair, considering supply chain issues, for it was the most affordable we could find. We wish you the best and safe travels, sir.

Brought my 2008 Volvo in for repairs to a thermostat malfunction and brake work etc. My car was misdiagnosed by subpar mechanics. They called me and said it was ran for 30 mins and mechanic said it was ready to go. I stopped by and paid them 2800.00 cash. I drove my Volvo for two miles before the temp spiked way up. It was running at 208deg, which is close to normal (200deg) when I brought it in for repairs. I ask them to check the cooling system when I dropped it off. They replaced the t-stat. They then told me it was a defective t-stat. Called me to pick it up again. One mile away from shop it overheated again. Brought it back and they were upset and said the car didn't like me. They ran a pressure test and said it was a cracked thermostat housing. They repaired and charged me $285 dollars more. Still milking the customer. I was called and told it was fixed for sure this time by their best mechanic. I picked it up got two miles down the road and it overheated again. Brought it back. All mechanics involved had an attitude like I did something wrong, other than trusting that they knew what they were doing. Mechanic was upset. He jumped in the car and drove it like a maniac to show me that it didn't overheat like he had said. But it did. Chuck , the bald mechanic and I saw it bubbling over. They were wrong again. They said leave it there and they will fix the issue. That evening the Owner of Pals called me to tell me he doesn't know what happened but it now needed a new motor. This company are crooks and have been known to destroy cars or charge you for things not done. See BBB complaints. They should be closed. I am still trying to sue for destroying my Grandsons birthday gift.

We feel responsible that this was not fully communicated to you, and we apologize. When your Volvo came in to us, the engine was shaking violently. We looked at it, repaired it, and our work is backed by a nationwide warranty. You contacted us because it overheated again, so we invited you to bring it back to us. In an attempt to solve your overheating problem, we installed a thermostat and unable to determine it had a blown head gasket, and that part, unfortunately, is not under warranty. After indicating that you had blown a head gasket, we offered a repair and you declined it. We are so sorry that your Volvo has secondary concerns, and we hope we can earn your trust in the future. Safe travels, and best wishes.
