We had a 2005 Chrysler Crossfire (Mercedes engine) with a brake fluid leak. Two regular auto repair shops said they couldn't fix it, one German auto repair shop said it would be too expensive to consider repairing, and 2 other German auto repair shops said they wouldn't even look at it. (One of these shops DID recommend PALS.) Took it to PALS and it is now fixed and running great. Their explanation of what and how they did the work showed an attention to detail and willingness to take on the challenge of the problem. We felt that the price was reasonable for the amount of work that it entailed. We could not be happier.

I am really grateful for the job that PALS did on my car. My local mechanic didn't want to work on it but PALs was willing to. They also went out of their way to help me get the car to their shop. They diagnosed the issues and repaired them quickly. I will definitely be back.

Another great example of how Pals auto shop cares about its customers. My second time having them service and repair my vehicle. They are very honest in running their business. Ive never been overly sold on any of the repairs Ive needed. Ill be back in a few weeks from California and will definitely have them service and check my Yukon out again.
