Our daughter’s 2006 Jeep began acting up while she was driving from VA to Ocala, to visit family. As her mom, I was very nervous. Chuck and Shelly were very understanding. While talking when we dropped off her Jeep, Chuck showed me pictures of all the 60’s muscle cars that they have done frame-off restorations on. Another point in their favor. No one is going to spend that kind of money unless the shop is excellent! Chuck quickly found the problem, had the necessary switch, and went on to look over the whole car to make sure she wouldn’t get stuck because of another issue. He said as a dad, he would want that for his daughter. That cemented my impression of PALS! Additionally, her repairs are warranted for 36 mo because the shop belongs to a repair network called Technet, with shops all over the US. Hopefully there is a Technet near her in VA, and that they will be able to give her Jeep the care it needs to keep her rolling, going forward. Excellent timely service by two caring people. I would not hesitate to bring my MB there, if needed while down to visit family.
