Arrived back in Canada Sunday thanks to Pals! Experienced a gas line leak on hwy 75 N a couple miles before Ocala but managed to get to the turnoff. Tow truck driver highly recommended and took us there. Although very busy, they treated us royally. A mechanic improvised and devised a replacement piece and we were on our way in 3 hours! Excellent service and personnel!

From the time we spoke with SHannon and got an appt the following day...to NICK..who "held our hand" the whole time...we were at ease. They diagnosed the problem and it wasn't a big issue. We thank them all for profession work and wonderful staff. I would highly recommend this outfit.

Staff is friendly and competent. Repairs are pricey.Thousand bucks to replace alternator for a max 30 minute job on a 4.6 Ford v8.Seems I paid up front for diagnosis yet extra hours were added for diagnosis even though the problem was simple.I paid 263 bucks to put shrink wrap around an exposed wire near the male connector of the alternator cable. Who knows what the alternator part cost was as it wasn't listed.Average typically 250 bucks. Maybe its this way everywhere .Next repair I will find that out.

I took the car in with an shuddering when coasting on the brake. They were unable to find this very obvious issue, but still charge me 180$ for senor reading I could have got at the Autozone.

We did a complete vehicle inspection and provided a much more thorough diagnosis from what an auto parts store can provide. We drove the car, used our scan tools, and did a complete vehicle inspection with pictures which took about an hour. We provided the inspection which you viewed and estimate with our findings. Besides recommending replacing the water pump and thermostat, we recommended some maintenance items that would help your vehicle run more smoothly. Should you take your vehicle to another shop, I am confident they would find the same items we suggested. Please accept my apologies if we did not explain the findings to your satisfaction in a way you could understand.

They say they work on teslas but couldnt replace my coolant? Makes no sense, had me stranded for hours. Do not recommend no shade.

We’re sorry for the frustration you experienced. While we do service Teslas, our shop handles maintenance and minor repairs only. Certain systems — including the battery cooling system — require specialized Tesla factory equipment and manufacturer authorization that independent shops do not have access to. If we had spoken by phone beforehand, we would have gladly let you know this to save you the trip. We always aim to be upfront about what we can and cannot service, and we’re happy to help guide customers in the right direction when something falls outside our scope. A real Pal 💯 through it all, they were able to assist me right away (replaced ignition coils and spark plugs) having broken down on I-75 and accommodated me and my puppy's needs throughout the day. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing service and price! I was quoted a $1,000.00 from a local dealership service center, and was told I would have to wait 2-3 days for the part! I took my truck to PALS and not only was it done within an hour, the cost was $258.00 for the repair out the door! PALS is a family owned business that really cares about their customers by providing good, honest service! I’ll never take my vehicles anywhere else! Thank you to Rob, Shannon, and the PALS team!
