Although I wasnt able to have my jeep repaired, I wanted to leave feedback about how well I was treated. Jason, along with the staff are friendly, inviting, and accommodating. After a thorough exam and diagnosis of the problems, They were honest about the work needed to get my car repaired and did a great job educating me on it with kindness. Will definitely be using Pals for any future services needed and highly recommend.

I brought my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan in because of the exhaust pipe hanging low and wanted it just raised up so it wouldn't drag. They wanted to replace the whole exhaust pipe and when I didn't want to they said they would remove it and put on a small little pipe to keep the exhaust from blowing on the A/C hoses going to the back of the van. However when they removed the exhaust pipe they also removed the A/C hoses that caused a freon leak. They had to know it when it happened. As a result we had to drive back to Atlanta, with my 97 year old Mother, on July 6, 2026, with no Air Conditioning at all.
