I went in for an oil change and an issue with my headlight. I had the issue with the headlight for a while they were able to track down the issue within minutes. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Under new management that has transformed this garage. Bravo! Highly recommended!

Too much to go through but if you have a slingshot, this is not the place to do business unless you want to pay 40% more than even ridenow, and their ex employees will send you text messages.And it'll take them a week and a half to produce the estimate. Lolololol $1300 for a drive belt. That said, I can always take comfort that a "foreman" is writing the estimates where your parts are 400% over retail. They should be working on clown cars. It would make more sense.

Stopped in after doing a google search and reading the reviews. My brakes were making noise and I thought I needed to get them done. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to get in, they were busy, the gentleman up front was kind enough to squeeze me in to check my brakes and a leaking tire, and I was in and out within an hour. He explained my brakes were fine, just noisy, but they were good and they were able to fix my tire that had a nail in it. I will be back for sure!

All ladies who have anxiety about having to take your car in for repairs , this is the place to go !! Finally found a place that wont try to overcharge us or add on things that we don't need !! Pals is honest and they do an amazing job, and they're working on getting loner cars just in case your repairs take awhile. I won't ever go anywhere else, you have a client for life with me . Thank you so much for taking care of me and my vehicle!!

I took my car in to have the scheduled maintenance done and was pleased with the results. Price was reasonable and service was delivered on time and at a fair price.— I spoke to the new owner when I called in initially and he explained that he had purchased the business a few months ago and is on a mission to make his business the most reliable, honest and a fair value in Ocala. They are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Plus the only place in town that can work on a Tesla.

Everyone was courteous and polite. I feel they handled my issue with my TMPS sensor properly and in guidelines of the estimate. Good job, good people, a little difficult to find your first time, but I will surely be back if the need arises
