HI Niall, The spark plugs have some type contamination on them and we were concerned that not replacing the plugs would result in further damage or resistance on the coils which is why we didn't offer the warranty. We offered you a lower price option for a partial job as requested and an estimate for the complete job. Any shop should do their own diagnostics in order to provide proper repairs. We gave you our recommendations and you chose not to follow them. We feel this was the best course for your problems on your vehicle. We would have given a warranty if you would have replaced the plugs as recommended.
