The new owners of PALS are not to be trusted. They first sent out a rebate check with the old owner's name on it. Imagine my surprise when I found out they "misled not lied" to everyone. This morning, I realized they sold my email address. I am now being spammed because of their underhanded dealings with my information. I will never use you ever again. If Patrick and Linda are reading this. You are missed! Edit: After reading the owners response, read between the lines. Nothing is her fault. And Patrick and Linda never 'shared" my email information. The new owners did! Edit Dec 5, 2025 Once again due to the new owner Shannon's incompetence, I was spammed as she sold my email address. Stop selling my information. Take me out of your system or I will have friends share their views on Women Business Owners that treat other women horribly.
I believe there is a huge misunderstanding and I'm sorry for any confusion. The rebate checks did go out with the old owner's names on them. Unfortunately, our marketing company made an error by not updating our names (which I was very upset about). These are being honored. We don't sell any customer information but do have some automated systems as most businesses do after service for Google reviews, text or email specials, coupons, and service reminders. These can be easily opted out of should you not wish to receive them.
