The new owners of PALS are not to be trusted. They first sent out a rebate check with the old owner's name on it. Imagine my surprise when I found out they "misled not lied" to everyone. This morning, I realized they sold my email address. I am now being spammed because of their underhanded dealings with my information. I will never use you ever again. If Patrick and Linda are reading this. You are missed! Edit: After reading the owners response, read between the lines. Nothing is her fault. And Patrick and Linda never 'shared" my email information. The new owners did! Edit Dec 5, 2025 Once again due to the new owner Shannon's incompetence, I was spammed as she sold my email address. Stop selling my information. Take me out of your system or I will have friends share their views on Women Business Owners that treat other women horribly.

Pals worked on my 2005 Corvette and replaced the automatic transmission cable. I had scheduled the service to be done the previous week but because AAA towing could not get their act together to tow my car to Pals, I had to reschedule and the staff at Pals was very accommodating. My car was towed in on a Tuesday morning, I waited for the repair and I was out of the shop prior to noon. They did an excellent job and took excellent care of my car. Great staff and repairs done right!

My car broke down on the side of the road late Friday afternoon. Being new to the area, I luckly called Pals Ocala Auto Repair. They where so kind and empathic to my situation. They got me a toe, a ride home and got my car fixed the next day. They were up front about their pricing and it was more than fair. I will never take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

We had a 2005 Chrysler Crossfire (Mercedes engine) with a brake fluid leak. Two regular auto repair shops said they couldn't fix it, one German auto repair shop said it would be too expensive to consider repairing, and 2 other German auto repair shops said they wouldn't even look at it. (One of these shops DID recommend PALS.) Took it to PALS and it is now fixed and running great. Their explanation of what and how they did the work showed an attention to detail and willingness to take on the challenge of the problem. We felt that the price was reasonable for the amount of work that it entailed. We could not be happier.

Wish I lived here so I could use them all the time. Owner was really kind and sweet. Had a minor issue with my vehicle and she quickly took care of it without even asking for anything. There are still good people and auto repair businesses in this world!

This shop has new owners who are committed to great customer service and integrity! Very trustworthy folks and such a convenient location for auto repair in Ocala.

I am really grateful for the job that PALS did on my car. My local mechanic didn't want to work on it but PALs was willing to. They also went out of their way to help me get the car to their shop. They diagnosed the issues and repaired them quickly. I will definitely be back.

PALS worked on our Class B Pleasureway Ford RV. Great service. On budget. Office personnel and mechanics were easy to work with. Very reasonable prices. We will definitely bring our business to them in the future. DK Smith
