I had work done at Pals because of engine lights coming on, and a few months later ended up at Mercedes for similar concerns. Pals charged me for replacement of a fuel filter which was $400+ and the Mercedes dealer showed me that the filter had never been changed. It was rusted and was original Mercedes parts over 6 years old. Also the service codes showed the filter was needing replacement.I wrote to the owners of Pals explaining the situation and asking for a meeting so I could show them the filter, the documentation etc and never got a response back. I would never recommend this business based on fraudulent charges as well as their unwillingness to at least meet with me and discuss my concerns. Was the original mistake deliberate or an oversight? I don't know but being charged for work that was not done is shady business.

Although I wasnt able to have my jeep repaired, I wanted to leave feedback about how well I was treated. Jason, along with the staff are friendly, inviting, and accommodating. After a thorough exam and diagnosis of the problems, They were honest about the work needed to get my car repaired and did a great job educating me on it with kindness. Will definitely be using Pals for any future services needed and highly recommend.

I brought my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan in because of the exhaust pipe hanging low and wanted it just raised up so it wouldn't drag. They wanted to replace the whole exhaust pipe and when I didn't want to they said they would remove it and put on a small little pipe to keep the exhaust from blowing on the A/C hoses going to the back of the van. However when they removed the exhaust pipe they also removed the A/C hoses that caused a freon leak. They had to know it when it happened. As a result we had to drive back to Atlanta, with my 97 year old Mother, on July 6, 2026, with no Air Conditioning at all.

I’m sorry you had to make such an uncomfortable trip with your elderly mother. You came to us with a dragging tailpipe and a vehicle underside literally held together by tape. We did the best we could with what there was to work with. You were offered 2 solutions to actually fix the problem correctly which was going to take time and parts or a fix good enough to get you to your destination so you could fix it there. You declined the correct fix with us but we got you back on the road and to your destination safely.
