Recently bought an Aston Martin vantage. Took it to pals for an inspection to identify any potential issues and to get a current health status. They did a fantastic job and walked me through everything so that I know where my vehicle stands and that it is in good shape. Thank you!

This was my first visit and I had my air conditioning in my white Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced here at 8AM. It was completely done by 12:30. The owner, Shannon, and her lead technician, Lester, were highly personable and professional. They were pleasant and very up front about procedures and expected costs, and described the required diagnostics in detail. They explained what they did and why, and the price was very fair. My air conditioning is working wonderfully. The separate waiting area was very pleasant and clean with nice air conditioning, coffee, water, snacks, tables and chairs, and a large TV. Got a quote from another place and brought my car in due to this place offering a better price! They took a look at everything and called me to tell me that the issue was something else after extensive times looking into it. After coming in to pick up my car they notified me that it was $0 due as the issue was simple and barely anything at all!!!! Absolutely love this place, friendly service, quick repairs, and clear communication.

I dropped my vehicle off at 10 am for brakes, alignment and AC issue after making an appointment with PALS Auto Repair. They were in communication with me all day up until the time the job was completed which was around 5 pm. They were very friendly and I was very satisfied with their work.

The alternator went out on my Infiniti on Thursday had it towed to them that afternoon. My car was repaired and picked up on Saturday. This was ny first time ever utilizing their services. But, I was impressed with their speed and professionalism. They will be my go to service center moving forward.

New to the area, trusted the top reviewed place on google when my car breaks down and needed it towed, pricing was fair, service was fast and they communicated well, will be using them when my beater keeps giving me issues.

They're good at identifying issues. I got a quote to fix a wheel bearing on my car, and paid a service fee, because I wasn't ready to pay for the whole repair just yet, but they said I could get the service fee refunded if I came back later to get the repair done. It took me a while to bring it back around, (I think 8 months cause I was budgeting and saving) but they still had me in the system and put the discount on for the repair so it wasn't as expensive. They're extremely kind and very nice to talk to. I believe Shannon was one of the desk people I talked to, shes awesome! They're right by CF so if you are a college student or live by the cf apartments, I highly recommend them, location is convenient for students but they're also just really nice and inviting and the mechanics spot problems quite easily!
