I took the car in with an shuddering when coasting on the brake. They were unable to find this very obvious issue, but still charge me 180$ for senor reading I could have got at the Autozone.

They say they work on teslas but couldnt replace my coolant? Makes no sense, had me stranded for hours. Do not recommend no shade.

It was my first time there. They were courteous, welcoming, timely and professional.

Absolutely amazing service and price! I was quoted a $1,000.00 from a local dealership service center, and was told I would have to wait 2-3 days for the part! I took my truck to PALS and not only was it done within an hour, the cost was $258.00 for the repair out the door! PALS is a family owned business that really cares about their customers by providing good, honest service! I’ll never take my vehicles anywhere else! Thank you to Rob, Shannon, and the PALS team!

What a fantastic company. I took in a mint exotic with a tire leak issue and they treated the car with incredible attention to high quality care and detail, and fixed everything up quickly and extremely reasonably. While I was there is saw a recent model McLaren, a Ferrari Spider, and several other high end cars mixed in with lots daily drivers and trucks. Kudos to the team at Pals!

We stopped in to have my A/C evacuated so we could repair it on our own. They were able to get to it almost immediately. They were honest about labor costs up front and the time spent on the vehicle. The owner and staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They have created an environment where you are more than comfortable to ask questions and they answer those questions completely. And, for all those less common car types out there, they know how to work on foreign cars! This was my first time in the shop, and I have just found the place I will be bringing my Fiat if we can't do the work ourselves. Thank you, Pals!
