I can definitely appreciate a shop like this! Chuck and the lady at the front desk (please forgive me for not remembering your name) are VERY nice and honest people. It's rare that you find this combination at an auto repair shop. My husband and I are not from Florida, but experienced an AC issue with our Jeep while in town. Because we would not be in town long enough to have our AC issue properly diagnosed and addressed, these two individuals were very helpful and instrumental with coming up with a resolution until we are able to make it back home. They made us feel like family in the short time we were there. They are both very knowledgeable when it comes down to how to handle vehicle repairs. I WISH that these two had a shop near us in Georgia because they would definitely get our business. I would DEFINITELY recommend Pal's Ocala Auto Repair to anyone in the Ocala and surrounding areas for your vehicle service needs. From one veteran family to another, thank you Chuck for your service!
