The customer service, skills and knowledge of the Pal's team whether in the front office or on the shop floor is second to no one!! I am completely "wowed" by the work completed on my '57 Thunderbird and will forever be a member of the Pal's family when my baby needs help!!

These are people I feel I can trust. I have a BMW and as everybody knows regular service is very expensive on these. It’s still not cheap but it’s good work at a more than fair price that makes the car one that I want to keep. The people that manage the shop or warm nice and honest. They make things happen and if you have an emergency they are the ones you want to go to for your car.

We were stuck on the side of the road they were able to get us in right away and let us get back on the job. We're out of North Carolina traveling through to a job in Florida they were a big help got us back on the road thanks guys.

I went into Pals for an issue with my airconditioner. Lester was incredible, professional and fixed my problem. While I was there Lester kept me updated the entire time. I also had the pleasure of meeting and visiting with Linda, the owner. I will always take my vehicles to them. Very grateful and appreciative. Pals is the only place I will go in the future.
