Thanks to Lester chuck and Patrick at pals. Had My 08 town and country towed in yesterday. It needed a radiator and was very serprise that it was done by for o'clock. Besides myself, pals is the only shop I'll let touch my car. You may pay a little more but it's worth the onesty friendlyness and professional attitude Thay have. Not to mention the three year thirty six month warranty on there work. So thank you very much and as you say see you soon.

Chuck & his crew are the best, they took the best care on my 70 vette . They fix the rear suspension, & found out why the windshield wipers would not work , now everything works like new .

It was awful they had my vehicle for 3 months and did nothing to fix it plus tried to charge me 3 Thousand Dollars for nothing I got Lawyers on this cause they are rip offs

Yes, we dropped the ball big time! The vehicle came in because it wouldn’t stay running. We diagnosed it as a bad ECM. It took 2.5 weeks to get the ECM and another week to get it programmed at the dealer. The ECM that we received was defective. So we order another one and it comes in another 10 days later. We take it to the dealer to be programmed and the dealer says that it didn’t fix the problem! The dealer says that they have seen this before and that “sometimes”, “sometimes” a new fuse block will fix the problem, BUT “sometimes” it doesn’t fix the problem! We ordered a fuse panel for the car. It came in 2 weeks later. Then Chuck’s Mom passed away – no excuse but it happened and no one contacted the customer. When Chuck was off because of his Mother’s passing I was at the counter talking to Lester about what was going on with each vehicle. I came across this vehicle and after investigating what had happened up to that point, I called the customer to explain what we knew about the car and that we were not convinced that a new fuse block would fix the vehicle. I explained to the customer what had already been done and that it didn’t fix the car. I apologized for the length of time that we had the car and I apologized for the lack of communication to her about what had happened. I also explained that we had not collected any money up front for the repairs or the tow. Then I gave her two options, 1) install the fuse panel with no guarantee that it would fix the car but that the dealer had said that it works “sometimes” approx. $2500.00 or 2) charge her for the original tow to the shop $125.00 and she takes the car to another shop to be repaired. No charge for the new ECM or the labor that was performed on the car. She was very upset and said that she wanted a guarantee that the fuse block would fix the car. When I told her that I could not guarantee that the fuse block would fix the car she chose to come in and pay for the tow only and remove the car. — J. Patrick

Nothing but positive things to say about Pal’s automotive repair. I came in Saturday morning to get an oil change and diagnostic on my car to schedule further repairs for the check engine light. Unfortunately after a couple hours of waiting (I didn’t have a scheduled appointment so I don’t blame them at all for the wait), I had other matters that needed attended too before my car was able to be looked at, so when I said I had to reschedule to next Saturday they offered a free oil change for my troubles. Super professional, super friendly, and a major relief to find what seems like a well run auto shop after moving to Ocala a little over a month ago.
