Jerry, we are confused about your two-star review. Your car was towed to us because it wouldn't run and it needed an engine. We did not charge you to diagnose the vehicle because you said that you could get it done at another garage and you wanted to take it there, so we didn't charge you for the diagnostic. All we charged you for was the tow bill to bring the car into us, which was $69. Then, I was here last night an hour and a half after closing, and you came with a tow truck to pick up the car. I helped you get the car and loaded it onto the tow truck, also at no charge. The next morning, I woke up to see a two-star review from you. So, I called you and asked, "Why the 2-star review?" You stuttered and stammered and said that we didn't fix your car. I went over everything with you, and you finally admitted you were upset because you had to pay for the tow to our shop. We strive to provide the best possible customer service, sir, but that does not mean we are going to pay the towing expense that you initiated.
