I'm so glad I found Pal's. I was spending to much at the dealership and each time leaving wondering if they did anything at all to my car. Not only could I tell the difference in the way my car runs but Chuck was very patient in explaining everything to me. They may be pricey, (still not as much as the dealership), but it's worth it to have things done right the first time. I never thought I could wean myself away from the dealership, but thank God I did. Great job everyone!! Keep up the good work. From a forever new customer!!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAL'S AUTO REPAIR! I WAS IN FLORIDA ON VACATION AND KNEW MY CAR WOULD NEED SERVICING BEFORE THE TRIP BACK HOME. GROUPON LED ME TO PAL'S AND I'M SO GLAD IT DID! IT WAS THE FIRST SERVICE FOR MY 2019 JEEP CHEROKEE OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION AND DURING THE OIL CHANGE THEY DISCOVERED I HAD AN OIL LEAK...CHUCK CAME TO ME AND TOOK ME TO PERSONALLY SHOW ME WHERE THE LEAK WAS AND GAVE ME GREAT ADVICE ON HOW TO KEEP TABS ON THE OIL LEAK UNTIL I ARRIVED BACK IN NC. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME FROM CHECK IN TO CHECKOUT AND A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO CHUCK FOR ALL OF HIS ADVICE AND CONCERNS!
