I brought my car into Pals because my "check engine" light was on. I chose Pals because of the rave reviews I had read online. Even though they were busy and I had just walked in off the street, Chuck took the time to take a look at my car. He scanned codes for the problem and found it was a oxygen sensor. He just re-set it and the engine light turned off and stayed off, indicating the oxygen sensor was working. All this was done at no charge, which is amazing. When it's time to replace that sensor I will take my car back to Pals because of the customer service, even though I live about 12 miles from the shop. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their car serviced or repair. They have a great warranty!

I called for a quote and had the option of coming in the same day. I chose the next morning. I was continually in touch with the Manager regarding my vehicle. I have an appointment to get my vehicle repaired this coming week and have to leave it for a half day. When I asked if there was a shuttle service to take me home, they said they would pick up my vehicle on their way into the shop.

They were able to get my truck in and fixed within the same day. Very friendly people and accommodating. Reasonable pricing was a plus.

I would like to start by saying that the customer service we received from Chuck & Shelly and their crew was amazing, they worked us in on a Very busy saturday for New Brakes & Rotors on our 2016 Mazda 6, and there work was exceptional and their hospitality was even better, we enjoyed getting to know you both and loved Meeting everyone and do look forward to seeing you guys again when were ready for any service we will come to you. As a handyman my van is my life! I had a lot of people tell me that I need a new transmission or that I need all this other work done. Thanks to Pals my van runs like it's new again! Even helped me with a brake problem. Thank you Chuck and everyone else at Pals for keeping Red the handyman LLC. In business!!!
