Great service!!! I take my car here and I like the way they treat me and the car. Owner is always transparent with everything.

High pressure fuel pump went out on us on the way back to Wisconsin overall the experience at pals was good. Very nice people and professional technicians. But I did have to call around for the fuel pump myself because the parts store they work with called and asked for the wrong part. My wife and I called and found what we needed a mile down the road which was the parts provider that they go through. We told the guy we are walking to get it, we get half way there and get a call saying that a guy is bringing it over. After all the miscommunication, the job was done in a timely matter and they even put my heat guards back up at no cost. Would recommend Pals to anyone in the area, the employees in the parts store next door could use some more training and guidance to avoid another unnecessary inconvenience.

Called one morning about bringing 06 Nissan Frontier for headlight restoration. Work was completed quickly. Office, waiting area clean are all clean. Front office very personable and knowledgeable, explained in deatail restoration process, also went over history of company and repairs they can perform, including warranties and financing if needed. This information was great in case of repairs in the future. A truly great place for all of your vehicle needs and reasonably priced. I will use this business as my number one go to place for all of my vehicle repairs. A plus for me is the manger is USMC Veteran. Chuck and Shelly you rock… Smittie

Heading home with a long drive ahead of us, we started having problems with the house battery in our RV class b. Chuck & everyone at Pals helped us out quickly and got us back on the road as soon as they could. They were extremely friendly and nice. I would highly recommend them, especially if you need help while traveling or with your RV.

Wonderful service! They saved our vacation when our camper van started acted up on a Saturday. They even gave our kids little matchbox cars for free to keep them entertained!
