Heading home with a long drive ahead of us, we started having problems with the house battery in our RV class b. Chuck & everyone at Pals helped us out quickly and got us back on the road as soon as they could. They were extremely friendly and nice. I would highly recommend them, especially if you need help while traveling or with your RV.

Wonderful service! They saved our vacation when our camper van started acted up on a Saturday. They even gave our kids little matchbox cars for free to keep them entertained!

Beautiful work on all my daughters cars They do amazing work that was needed they worked on it as well with the warranty company . Her father was patient and Chuck was extremely patient. They were amazing. She took all her cars there for 4 years they know all her cars she will not go anywhere else. They never lied to her they saved her life a few times as well as told her to.not drive a certain car cause of what can happen if she did. They are excellent I recommend them to anyone. They do give back to the community in ocala as well. I know my daughter says Chuck Shelly and Linda and Pat and Team thank you all from our family to yours for helping her and a few people that she knows and refers to you. Be safe.

Look I been bringing all my cars here for 4 years now. They have saved my friends life my life never lied to.me about my the work that was needed to be done on my cars. They are excellent. Thank you Pat Linda Shelly and Chuck and Crew it takes a team. You all are amazing. I mean it. If something goes wrong they say bring it right back they mean it. Their word is everything. They are family. They do an excellent job. No doubt about it. I highly recommend them to anyone again I won't go anywhere else at times they do extra work won't even charge you if they don't have to I can say that. I'm glad you guys and ladies are there. They do not get over at all very honest people The best in Ocala Florida. Right next to Arby's yes they do give back to the community also.
