The very friendly folks at Pals were very accommodating of us, especially our cat, while in need during our travels. We are so thankful for them and their cordiality!!! Everyone was professional, and very friendly.

We were traveling south on I-75 from Georgia, towing our travel trailer on the way to vacation when the truck started acting up and the check engine light came on. It being a Saturday worried us that places wouldn't be open. Called these folks up, explained the situation to Chuck and he gave us perfect directions as to how to access the property with the camper. We got there, got unhooked, and they performed a diagnostics. Three ignition coils were bad causing misfiring cylinders. We grabbed lunch and ate in the lobby with our cat while they performed the repairs. Everyone was super accommodating to us, and our cat! We were very impressed with them and reccomend them very highly for any of your automotive needs!! The owner even spent a good amount of time talking with us while we waited. Very very very nice folks!!

Terrific competent and friendly service. Couldn't have asked for more -- and will definitely be using them again when I need my car services. So happy to find this professional service in Ocala!

This was my first time at the shop but the people that work there are amazing so down to earth. So very polite and so very very helpful. Prices are reasonable. I would recommend this place.
