PALS put a transmission with a 1 year warranty in my 2007 Toyota Prius. I picked it up as promised and it ran great. Everything worked perfectly. Patrick and Chuck are excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend PALS of Ocala!!

I had just moved the Ocala area and had car trouble on the way. I saw an ad for PALS in a coupon book and decided to call. I had an appointment within an hour. Unfortunately the repairs were more involved than I had hoped for and couldn’t be completed that day. I needed a ride home so Shelly drove me to my home that evening which was around 20 miles away. By 8:30 the next morning I received a text from Chuck with even more bad news. Even though I’d had my car thoroughly checked over by a shop 3 days before I moved, Chuck”s crew found many safety concerns that he recommended be repaired. By doing them at the same time I was able to save labor costs. I appreciate all the concern and courtesy extended by everyone there. I even met Linda, one of the owners. She treated me like I’d been a customer for a lifetime. Because of the friendly customer service I received there, I now AM a customer for life. Thank you, thank you!!

Chuck, Patrick, Shelley, and the whole were phenomenal in helping us get our cars up to par. They were kind, fair, and oh so helpful. Thank you for your expertise!
