It’s my first time using Pal’s automotive, and really feel I’m getting an honest job done and no trying to push for more than what I came in for, it’s a family run business and has the customers best interest in hand, manager came before working on car with what’s recommended and price, very happy with the service and definitely recommend, also since it’s my only vehicle they had someone take me home and picked me up when they were done

Tried to take advantage of me. Told me I need a CPU and a bunch of other work… I took it to another shop ended up only needing an alternator smh.

My truck needed a starter quickly. I called ahead and they were ready for me. I dropped the truck off shortly before closing on Tuesday and it was finished before noon on Wednesday. This is a busy shop so I was impressed by the speed and efficiency.

Very professional and the folks there are great. Fixed my air conditioning drain again on my HHR and always do a great job. I won’t take my vehicle to anyone else but them. They even comforted me when my twin brother Don passed in May. I am loyal customer to this business.

We took our Honda Element there to have the suspension checked and they recommended we replace the front and rear struts. We left a deposit and had the struts replaced and are very happy with the service and professionalism they provided. This is going to be our new place for the service on our vehicle. I had a good vibe when we first had our vehicle diagnosed there and would recommend them to our friends here in our new home in Ocala.
