they were very nice and professional. I had the car repaired and 2 days later the engine light came on. it was only a vacuum seal and took me in right away. I even one a flower bouquet from brick city flowers that was beautiful. I cant thank them enough.

I'm in Arizona and the 2001 Disco 2 I was shopping was in Florida. I called Pals out of the blue, Shelly answered, and I could tell right away that I'd chosen the right shop to inspect the vehicle. The dealership delivered the truck for inspection bright and early the next morning. A couple of hours later, Shelly send me a short video of the technician walking her through the few items that were found. I received a detailed summary of the inspection by email. Soon thereafter, I was on the phone with the technician who went into a bit more depth about what he'd found and then I spoke with Shelly to pay for the service. I truly appreciate both the professionalism and courtesy of the good folks at Pals.
