The service was beyond my expectations. I broke down 2 hours away from my moving destination after 24 hours of driving and what could have been a tragic event they squeezed me in at the end of the day on a Saturday and got me back on the road very quickly. Their tow service and everyone that worked at the mechanic shop were very kind and efficient. 10/10

My power steering suddenly failed during a long road trip, but I was fortunate to find myself stranded near Pal's Auto Repair in Ocala. They fit me in and assessed my car's issue within an hour. The part I needed was in stock at the adjacent auto parts store, and the courteous folks at Pal's got my repair under way and had me back on the road within a few more hours, with work that is guaranteed at a network of garages across the country. That gave me great reassurance to continue on my journey. You're in good hands with the folks at Pal's.

Chuck was very thorough in his evaluation of our car. He told us the car has a timing chain, not a belt, so replacement was not necessary. He was able to diagnose the oil problem and got it fixed within the timeframe we needed. It wasn't cheap but the car runs great.

Took my truck to them Chuck told me it would be a few hrs .. they had me in and out in 2hrs . I would recommend this place to anyone price is a little high but we’ll worth it .
