This was my first time at the shop but the people that work there are amazing so down to earth. So very polite and so very very helpful. Prices are reasonable. I would recommend this place.

Just moved to Ocala, had a very nice experience at pals. Chuck was very friendly and naligable and onist. Shelly and the mackanic that work on my van were extremely friendly and thourow.
