We are sorry you feel this way, but our auto repair team is very thorough and provides all of the information so you can make solid decisions. Your Cadillac needed an ECM. We only use genuine GM parts for this application. The rate of failure for an aftermarket part it's very high with this application. In your review, you did not include reprogramming and labor for the installation. Of course, you can always do it cheaper in your driveway. We don't take shortcuts here and our pricing reflects our extra value and care, plus an exceptional nationwide warranty, should you have car troubles across state lines.
