Just moved to Ocala, had a very nice experience at pals. Chuck was very friendly and naligable and onist. Shelly and the mackanic that work on my van were extremely friendly and thourow. Outstanding customer service! Knowledgeable, expert, technicians. Pals went above and beyond. When our trailer broke down on a Saturday afternoon and we had to leave it in Ocala for repairs, and continue to Wisconsin. Upon return when picking up trailer and store was closing one technician even helped with resetting my hitch to accommodate a different tow vehicle. Impressive, professional, capable people,and service! Thanks to all at Pals.

This place is a joke, all they want is the money!!! Wanted to charge me $200 for a front end alignment cuz I went to a different shop to get my rack and pinion done and didn't pay them the almost $1700 they quoted me for my brakes rotors and rack and pinion.

The staff is very friendly and the price affordable I will be returning for my oil change from now on thanks guys

I let them know my car needed brakes. The car was running a bit rough. They inspected the breaks and diagnostic for my engine. My side mirror was not functioning.They provided me a through explanation on what was discovered. They were very understanding on my decision on what I wanted repaired. They completed the repairs in a very timely manner. The car is running great after spark plugs were replaced and front brakes replaced. I will go back the next time repairs are needed.

They were so nice and helpful! They don't try to sell you things you don't really need like other places do. Definitely recommend for all of your car service needs!

They over charged me, I got ripped off by them. My mistake that I took my car there towing guy from Dave's Towing referred me to them what stupid I was Just for 2 parts to be replaced. Next day I called the dealer for the quote, they Quoted me about half the price for the same repairs. Please before you take your car to that shop, shop around. my mind just got blocked. Please if you see 4 stars or 5 stars on peoples reviews that is because they have to much to spend get ripped off or they are unaware what's around. as for me I just got ripped off. They buy parts from the local parts store and charges double the price plus labor.
