Excellent service and attention to the customer. Chuck was very helpful, I asked them to do a full diagnostic to my car and he send me a report/quote of what it needed to be done, then help me out to prioritize the service need it. Thank you!!!

Although I had to postpone the work on my vehicle for now, due to an emergency trip, Chuck and I think the point person Shelly went out of their way to accommodate me and the situation with my truck. Will try to reschedule the work upon my return in a few weeks. Thanks Again!

.dash touch pad not working at all checked right away and all it needed was a fuse after having 2 shops look at it and didn't know what it was. PALS is now my go to Maserati shop for maintenance and repairs.
