Juan, we are sorry you had a very frustrating and unfortunate issue with your car. Your car came into us and needed the catalytic converters, oxygen sensors, and a complete engine. It took a while to get you the used engine, but we got it, installed it, and gave you a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on it from our shop if you took it back to our Ocala location. It performed flawlessly. You took it back to IL and it developed engine problems. When you called us, we told you we would provide you another engine at no charge, but you would need to pay for labor. You agreed, we had it shipped, and it took a while to get there due to the supply chain crisis. We did our best to help you and we totally understand your frustration over things that are outside of your control, like the supply chain issues and parts failures. However, we are not crooks.We supplied you an engine without cost, even though our warranty did not cover it, and that is because we operate with integrity. We wish you the best and hope you have safe holiday travels.
