Beautiful work on all my daughters cars They do amazing work that was needed they worked on it as well with the warranty company . Her father was patient and Chuck was extremely patient. They were amazing. She took all her cars there for 4 years they know all her cars she will not go anywhere else. They never lied to her they saved her life a few times as well as told her to.not drive a certain car cause of what can happen if she did. They are excellent I recommend them to anyone. They do give back to the community in ocala as well. I know my daughter says Chuck Shelly and Linda and Pat and Team thank you all from our family to yours for helping her and a few people that she knows and refers to you. Be safe.

Look I been bringing all my cars here for 4 years now. They have saved my friends life my life never lied to.me about my the work that was needed to be done on my cars. They are excellent. Thank you Pat Linda Shelly and Chuck and Crew it takes a team. You all are amazing. I mean it. If something goes wrong they say bring it right back they mean it. Their word is everything. They are family. They do an excellent job. No doubt about it. I highly recommend them to anyone again I won't go anywhere else at times they do extra work won't even charge you if they don't have to I can say that. I'm glad you guys and ladies are there. They do not get over at all very honest people The best in Ocala Florida. Right next to Arby's yes they do give back to the community also.

Great service. Quick in and out for an oil change on my class C RV.

5 Star all the way. Took my car in at Noon, had it diagnosed by 1. Quoted me a price for both parts and labor which was half the dealer cost! Car was ready for pick up at 4. No games, no tricks no usual add on stuff like the dealership does. This garage has earned all of my business! Very professional and super nice people.

I went in for an oil change for my Nisson Versa and to check my breaks. As usual everything went great with no problems. They continue to be my go to.

I am new to town and used help from Facebook to find a good, fair repair shop for my car. I was recommended Pals by several people and I am so glad that I was. They were very caring, helpful and explained everything to me that was happening with the car and also for payment. I love the fact that the website informs you of each person that works there and background and that they are all family. I could not have had a better experience. I will absolutely recommend anyone to use there services. You have a forever customer!!😀

Awesome place! Fixed my wheel bearing quickly and effeciently! Did not need an appointment, they got me right in! Very friendly and informative staff! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing work done on their vehicle!
