After being told by an oil change place that my transmission was leaking, I decided to take it to PALS. After inspection, I was told that there was no leak and there was no charge. It's so nice to see honest people still do exist. I will do any and all future auto business at PALS. Thank you again.

Overcharged and left considerable grease on floorboard. Should use paper floor mats to protect flooring.

We are sorry you feel his way, Mr. McPipkin. The problem we found had to do with the temperature sensor for the engine and it needed to go to the dealer for reprogramming, which is what we did and your truck runs fine. It was ready for pickup on Tuesday. The cost came from the dealership for the reprogramming, and we absorbed the transportation because you were from out of town. We apologize for any grease on the floor. We use floor mats to protect the vehicle and are careful about cleanliness, but it could have happened. Safe travels, sir!
