After my Family spent 10,000 in repairs here we checked my fathers car that he just picked up and he was missing all the change and money from the middle compartment. I guess you don't have to worry about tipping when they take it upon themselves to steal from you. We also recently bought my father brand new wheel locks for his car and they stole one and didn't say anything until my father went back asking about it and the reply from them "yeah I meant to tell you about how unsafe that is". Unsafe?! They are less than a month old! They weren't missing! They were stolen! We will never ever go back and I will make sure everyone I know and everyone I speak to knows about this because the answer we got about everything stolen? A coupon for a free oil change. Like I would ever leave my car there again. Disgraceful. After posting my review on yelp the shop owner than responded without any facts calling me a liar and how I exaggerated when she was in fact wrong. The way this company handles any negative reviews is to fight with the customer. This is not a place that will ever get my business again.
UPDATED REPLY: Pamela, we don't see you anywhere in our database. To add, it's not logical for us to steal anything on or in the van. If the owner of the vehicle would like to contact us, please have that person call the office and ask for Patrick directly. We are sorry you feel this way, Pamela. We appreciate your concern, but firstly, you have exaggerated several points in your review. Yes, we did install a rack & pinion in this vehicle, but this vehicle had never been in our shop before, so we are surprised at your claim about the amount of money spent. Therefore, you are mistakenly assuming that your family has spent $10K with us. Secondly, your claim that we stole the wheel lock is completely false. After all, who steals one lug nut?? The reason that 95% of all new vehicles have locking lug nuts is to prevent people from stealing the wheels. So, each vehicle has four locking lug nuts and a key to unlock and lock them. If you steal 1 locking lug nut and you don't have the key, it is useless to you. You need the key and the other four. This vehicle is a Chrysler Caravan. Every Caravan comes with wheel locks from the factory. Anyway, we are confident the vehicle came into our store without one of the locking lug nuts. We did not remove the rear wheels; only the front. We did not find a locking lug nut in our shop. The technician says there was not on the vehicle when it came into the shop, and we believe him. Our auto repair team prides itself on offering a stress-free, exceptional customer service experience. For example, when this Dodge Caravan came back to our shop, complaining that the wheel lock was missing, we investigated what had happened. As a result, we replaced the wheel lock at no charge to the customer and gave a free oil change. We operate with high integrity and we would never do anything that was dishonest. Our excellent reputation in the region is too precious for us to recklessly steal from our customers, like wheel locks or pocket change, so we insist that your claims of theft are false. With that said, we wish your family well and hope you have safe travels, always.
