I just love pals Chuck is very honest told me that I needed Cadillac converter is to get a new car very very honest people this is like the third or fourth time that I've been to them previously they put a radiator in my car thank you pals for such great honesty and work

Chuck and company replaced the transmission on my 1986 Mercedes. They did a wonderful job keeping me in the loop. This was no easy task and required expertise that they have. Certain obstacles because of parts arose. They solved each problem focusing on doing it right. the car was returned to me in excellent running condition. I highly recommend PALs. Took my car to the owners home , he drove it work ,took care of everything ,then drove the car back to his home So I would not have to make a 40 mile round trip.Can not say enough about the service and personal customer relationships,even though I had just met them .He went out of his way. This is in response to Pals response to my wife's review below. The point that you have missed is that you tried to mislead her into buying a battery when she didn't need one. I understand that an alternator could potentially cause damage to a battery, but after checking at an auto parts store there is nothing wrong with it. I'm not surprised because we just bought it less than a year ago. It was also strange and insulting that you bragged about doubling your yearly profits since you became manager. I wonder how? I'm giving two stars because at least you all did a good job replacing the alternator.
