I’m not one to leave a bad review. I took my mustang in there for a rebuild and I was told they would give me a price for a rebuild and a price for a new motor. They told me they could not find a new motor then I emailed them to give me a ballpark price for a rebuild and they just never got back to me. They could have told me that they were too lazy to do a rebuild or something instead they left me hanging waiting to hear from them. They should not offer rebuilds if they are too lazy to do what they say they do on there website. I thought they were nice people but I guess that’s just a front. Oh well had to get rid of the mustang and they lost a customer . Look elsewhere if you need a rebuild. Thanks pals for the great help!

This was a warranty request which Chuck gracefully honored. They ordered the part which arrived in two days, I dropped off my truck and got it back the next day. Smooth sailing and a happy repeat customer. Love Shelly’s smiling face and accommodating attitude and Chuck following through even when they were very busy due to a mechanic calling in sick. Thank you!

Absolute dumb people. A complete ripoff right at the start. These people cared nothing about my car's specs in terms of proper engine oil amounts, proper tire pressure, the emergency brake adjusted WAY too tight, the AC smells funny -- a rip-off shop that might constitute elder abuse. A Mexican battery for $288?!? $1850 in repairs plus some up front charge of $239 for what again? Nothing. No due care was taken. They took full advantage of this senior citizen and what they did constitutes elder abuse.

The company had no follow through. It is not the customer's responsibility to anticipate subpar scheduling programs. I went directly to "make an appointment" I scheduled for 5pm. The program accepted the appointment. The program advised someone would contact me. I called at 3p of the day I scheduled and the guy on the phone told me. "Oh, we close at 5". No one had read my intake form, no one contacted me about my scheduling error. I attempted to explain what I wanted for my truck, but the guy on the phone was more interested in impressing upon me how the hours are posted on the sight. He didn't attempt to look for another opening for me. If you decide to schedule, there is no limit of hours of operation on the scheduling page. Also, the link for scheduling an appointment is above the small font, hours of opperation listing. I wanted a high end scan as I had just installed a new engine modual. I can't recommend these guys. I wouldn't trust them to do any complicated diagnosis ... they weren't interested enough in my business to follow their stated policy and contact me... how interested might they be with what they do? The guy on the phone wasn't too interested. 1 Star. My experience deserves 1 Brick.

To add, we do not have the ability to program the module on a new engine and we would partner with a dealership to handle that for you, but that does not mean we cannot handle everything else regarding your truck's service. This establishment is ran by a USMC Veteran. I was sold with that knowledge. However a tour of the shop further exhibited professionalism and cleanliness. It is my belief that this shop is more than capable of repairing any vehicle that enters the bay. hospitality is the added bonus/benefit to any and all consumers patient enough to seek a location with a small town feeling. I immediately felt welcomed and at home.
