Great service!! My 16 year old son, messed up his truck, Chuck and his team fixed the shocks. They even gave him their numbers directly for help in the future, if he had questions about his truck or needed fluid top offs or air in tires. Or any other help. They really make you feel like family!

So grateful to Pals Auto! A low tire light was on even though there was air in the tires. They promptly inspected and affirmed there was nothing wrong with my car. Will definitely use again.

I recently took my car to Pals for a repair, and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and the technicians were highly skilled and efficient. They took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and their prices were very competitive. The work was done quickly and correctly and the vehicle was returned to me in perfect condition minus car wash. I highly recommend Pals for any car repair needs as they provide excellent service at a great price. Only reason I didn’t give five stars all the way is because the car was not washed and dead leaves removed! Will be returning for future repairs.

Pals were very professional with their work. They quoted me an hour and a half for the work that had to be done with my hvac. It took the mechanic 4 hours to do the job. However, Pals only charged me for the hour and a half. They also took 10% off of the labor charge due to my waiting 4 hours. They are very nice people.

I found Pal's after another mechanic saw a transmission error code, and I'm so happy I did. The fixed it quickly, didn't try to get me to do things I didn't have to, and everyone was so nice and helpful. I was even able to apply for 0% financing on their website.
