Shortly after I arrived I was shown the complete service record for my X1. And BMW recommendations for 60,000 mile service. I went to Pals after my warranty expired and was quoted satisfied with the quality and cost for service

I had to have my car towed here after break failure in Ocala. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept my car an extra day just to ensure that they had time to fully test drive it and make sure the brakes were working perfectly before they gave my car back to me. I would highly recommend them.
