My experience with Pals Auto Repair was very positive. Management seemed very honest and explained what they were doing. I plan on being their customer and would recommend them.

Best service in town! Patrick, Chuck, and the crew are experts at repair and customer service. They take the needed time to complete the repairs/maintenance in a very timely fashion. No stone unturned. I would not take my Jeep anywhere else. Excellent communication!!!

Great place and staff. Very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Had to wait a few hours for a full synthetic oil change but for the price I’d say it was worth it. Would very much recommend. Conveniently located. 10 stars.

I brought my car into Pals Ocala Auto repair because my "check engine" light was on. Even though they were busy, Chuck took the time to look at my car, scanned codes, and identified the problem as an issue with my oxygen sensor. He did a re-set, the light went out and remained out, indicating the sensor was working. This was done at no charge. When it's time to replace that sensor, I will take my car back to Pals because of the customer service, even though I live 12 miles from the shop. I would recommend them to anyone needing service or repair on their vehicle. They have a great warranty.
