Mechanic failed to put my battery cover back on which resulted in it falling down and burning and melting all over my engine. This happened in December 2021 and still haven’t received new battery cover or any sort of apology. Also, still to this day I have to inhale and smell burnt plastic every time I drive. *SOLVED* Patrick called me directly on a Sunday and resolved this. Integrity professionalism and accountability displayed — standup business owner.

Quoted $300 for an O2 sensor replacement, a fairly easy job that’s quoted for $50. Wow another $300-400 quote on valve cover gasket this place must be suffering. Thanks for the enormous quote but I will be going elsewhere to where they don’t rob people or women.

In the middle of a road trip, our Cadillac's dashboard lit up with all kinds of lights, including Check Engine. A quick search online led us to make an appointment first thing the next morning at Pals. There are not enough good words to be said!! Before the day was over, all repairs were done, including the one that required the gas tank to be removed. We were back on the road the next morning - the road trip was saved! If we lived in Ocala, we'd be regulars.
