I made an online appointment with Pal’s and they called me back to verify the information and the reason for my visit. They arranged to get me in earlier so that they could evaluate my car and determine the extent of the work that needed to be done. They immediately got my car in and completed the inspection. I was emailed the problem found as well as the costs to have the work completed. They were extremely efficient and thorough. Great Job and follow through.

My son and I had an excellent experience with his car repair. Chuck helped with the (difficult) car warranty company, communicated with us and did a fantastic job on my son's car. Great experience I'm new to ocala and looking for an alignment on my car. After searching and reading reviews I downloaded a coupon from thier website. When I got to my 10:00am appointment I ended up having to wait about an hour. No problem. Nice clean area. As expected, after the inspection I did need alignment. Ok, so now waiting for the usual trying to sell you on parts needed. To my pleasant surprise, just the service came for at a great and very fair price. I found my go to mechanical shop. The husband and wife owners are a refreshing change in a world of not so honest repair shops. I highly recommend them. May God continue to bless them 🙏

Our car sat for almost 2 years with multiple things wrong with it. Took it to Pals and they had our car running in a week. Which was amazing considering all the things that needed to be fixed. Costume r service is great. Treated us great while we were there and they have financing available which is a plus. I'm glad we took car there to get it fixed. Their repairs also come with warranty which gives us a peace of mind.

Unable to help me with my radiator problem
