James, Per our conversation on the phone, we are sorry you didn't have a five-star experience with us. As to resetting the blend doors inside your dash, we had to physically go in and recalibrate with a scan tool, which actually communicates with the heating and air conditioning control module. As to the dent in your door, it wasn't brought to our attention on pickup, and as you know, our business is in a very busy parking lot. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced.
