We have been using All Tune & Lube since May 2008. In fact we currently make the trip from Ruskin, FL to Ocala to have Patrick, Linda and their team work on our vehicles. Whenever we have encountered a problem, and we have from time to time over the past seven years, they are always there to explain to us what the problem is and make it right if it was their mistake. Sometimes it is their mistake and sometimes it is a new problem that arose when something else was fixed. It's amazing how much like our bodies our cars are. When I go to the doctor to have one thing fixed, several other things I didn't even notice before start creeping up on me. Thank you, Patrick and Linda, for all that you do!!!

i went in for a brake job,,wanted to get the 4 pad deal coupon they had,,( clearly stated in the ad shoes would be extra) i had a 2pm apt and car was brought right in and inspection started promptly..after inspection i was told i did have shoes on rear brakes so the coupon for pads could not be done,,and for good reason,,so after going through the options,,i chose one that fit my budget as i am disabled and they did exactly what they said they were going to do,,will go back,,and also all the staff was very nice and answered all my questions,,thanks guys and have a happy holiday season todd

Simply put, you get what you pay for. All Tune & Lube in Ocala Florida offers the best mechanic services quite frankly that I have ever seen in 30 years, and if that's not enough, they stand behind their work as well. They rebuilt the clutch in my Van and replaced a U-joint on the drive shaft, rebuilt the carb, (the first venturi carburator to be used in the Ford lineup in 1978) and it drives like a dream. Patrick also found stronger shocks specifically made for my model van. They installed them, and it handles wonderfully. If you want cheap work, find a cheap mechanic. If you want it done right, take it to Patrick at All Tune in Ocala, Fla.

Had my Lexus towed there after I backed out of the garage and it decided not to go into drive. From the very first phone call, their customer service was amazing. They arranged a tow truck to pick up the vehicle. The tow truck company called when the arrived to pick up the car. When it arrived at the shop, the shop called to advise they received it and would complete a diagnostic on it and that it would be about 1.5 hours before they could complete it. Exactly 1.5 hours later they called to tell me what was wrong......something that the Lexus dealer "fixed" a year prior to to the tune of $1,500. They estimated $800 and 2 days. They needed a part from Lexus....when received it was wrong....spent lots of time with the Lexus dealer educating them about the correct part. Through this entire process, Brandon and Patrick kept in communication with me. They did an excellent job and would highly recommend them. They do a thorough job, communicate better than ANY shop I have ever been to and was priced appropriately.

These are great people! The owners & the techs are very friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure you understand what's going on with your car. They'll even take you out to the shop and show you what's going on to ensure you understand. More importantly, I never feel any high pressure sales tactics, and they prioritize things for you if you have to fix a little at a time.
