The one person name chuck was rude and mean never tried to hear what I was trying to say or ask cut me off with and attitude but Mr Patrick was very nice and understanding and nice but it's okay took my car to some one that's was very reasonable and understanding with fact I'm one a fix income and disable
We are sorry you feel this way about our service, Ms. Barnes. You own a Volkswagen Beetle that you purchased a Car Shield Warranty for. When you called us, you said that you had antifreeze under the car. You had your car towed into our shop and we diagnosed a broken radiator. You kindly provided your warranty to Chuck. When we called the claims department of the warranty company to submit a claim for radiator replacement, the claim was denied because the coverage that you had purchased did not cover radiators. You were sure that the radiator was covered, so we asked you to call the warranty company directly so that they could explain the reason why the radiator was not covered. After speaking to the warranty company you asked Chuck to change the repair to some item that was covered under the terms of the warranty so that it would be paid for by the warranty company. Chuck explained that he would not lie about a repair and commit fraud in order to get a claim paid.
