Way too expensive $173 for a diagnostic because i needed my car checked because it was making a knocking sound in the engine they brushed me off and told me it's normal and since they are mechanics i was relieved and thought it was fine but one day later the knock is louder and the check engine light came up. I thought they would actually know how to really check and diagnose my car but they did not hesitate to charge full price for barely doing anything. I chose this place because of the good reviews but i dont know about that i didnt have that experience. My car wasnt in even in there for 15 minutes but i did spend a lot more time signing paperwork and paying them thinking i would get a good service but im right where i started with no answers and $173 less.

We are sorry you feel this way, Walter. As you know, we have tried to offer to repair your car and make things right. You see, when you are sick, you go to a doctor for an exam. The doctor needs to do an examination before giving a proper diagnosis. The same goes for your car. If something is wrong, testing needs to be done to pinpoint the issue. If you don't diagnose the issue, no one can ever be sure what's wrong. We welcome you to come back at any time in the future so we can test what's wrong and show you all your options so you can make an informed decision. Until then, we hope you enjoy your new used car.

Chuck, Shelby, and their team had our RV in, diagnosed in 1 day, and fixed and ready to go after 2 days. They were very fair, inspected our whole rig, got us road read and didn't try to push any extras. We appreciated the great service, kindness, and honesty. We will refer all of our rv and motorhome friends to Pal's!
