It is unfortunate you feel this way, Ms. Austin. When you came in to see us, we offered to do a diagnostic for your vehicle. We priced it all out for you and we showed you all of the leaks. You argued with us. You did not want to pay for our services and you also insisted that we were wrong. However, the diagnostic codes told us we were correct in our assessment and we stand behind our accuracy. Our team showed you as much compassion and care as possible, and we are saddened you felt us to be rude and disrespectful, especially after we did not charge you for the services we performed. We wish you well in finding another auto repair shop to serve you.
