Brought the car in for an issue with a possible coolant leak. They looked at the car, without driving it, came back 25 min later and told us what was wrong with the car. They had a laundry list of repairs they said needed to be done, over 2300 dollars worth. Felt pressured into getting repairs done on coolant leak, saying the car couldn’t be driven. Also charged 205 dollars to change a sensor they said would turn off the engine service light....so for 750 dollars, we got some hoses and and an oil sensor and still have a check engine light on. This place is a total joke, definitely not looking to help you fix your car, just trying to take you to the bank. Their technicians have no clue what they’re doing, but that’s probably because of the piss poor management. Don’t take your car here if you want something fixed on your car.
We are sorry you feel poorly about our service, Natalie. We did everything we could to let you know what was going on with your vehicle and we repaired what we said we were going to repair. Unfortunately, you declined repairs due to cost and your vehicle is still not working properly. We did our best to educate you, to show care for your well being, and take care of the items that needed immediate repairs. We are scratching our heads, trying to think about how your choice not to take action beyond the band-aid level of repairs is our fault. We don't know how we could have served you better. Here's wishing you safe travels with your aging vehicle.
