I was treated with respect and courtesy,they found the problem quickly and were honest from the beginning ,they put it on a diagnostic machine and whatever work was done they deducted the diagnostic machine fee from that work,they fixed the problem quickly as well they are a keeper. got to mention to that they all have a good sense of humor and just downright good people thank you so much Patrick and I loved meeting your lovely wife as well

Thank the Lord we found Pals thru your precious wife. We live only on Social Security and have no investments. I We will have to do the work as we go along .I will call you Monday and we can get up a time to start work on the car. Many thanks Margaret Davis

Excellent service and top notch quality work.

Pals is trash. Lady at front was great. But don’t get robbed people.

They were fast and friendly! Our car should not have been working but it amazingly was. Chuck showed us one if the pics and admitted he was shocked when he seen it. He said it was beyond him how the engine wasn't completely messed up. (🙌) He and his crew got our car back on the road in under a day. Thank you all so much! Also, they have financing through SNAP for those who qualify.
