Chuck took the time to go over my options with me as far as getting my truck running again and really helped me to understand the best way to maintain my new one as far as regular maintenance. We usually have a larger corporate auto shop work on all of our vehicles, but with their slacking customer service, I can confidently say that Pals will be our newest repair shop. Not a reasonably priced place to fix your vehicle, to fix a simple AC job the guy is quoting over$1700 and charged me $120 for diagnosis when I'm already telling him what needs to be done and made me wait hour and a half for nothing. I went to AutoZone and fixed ac for $52. This guy not honest, they are out there to get your money, by the way very sweet talker, almost made me fall for it. Luckily God has given common sense and it came handy.
