Came in at 8:20 for an alignment, was told it would be two hours . I questioned why so long? The manager said it would be shorter then that but likes to give himself so time. I left and came back after 2 hours . The vehicle was put up on the allignment machine, according to workers and then removed. Someone else came in and bought 4 tires and an alignment so they took me down to put them first. I waited another hour before my SUV was ready. They did good work, but bad time management, and bad communication, and bad follow through. See we had the lifetime alignment and they didn't get and money so we were put to the back is how it felt.
Hi Travis, thank you for your review. You arrived at 8:20 without an appointment and asked to have the alignment rechecked on your Ford Explorer. We explained that we would be happy to check the alignment and perform any necessary adjustments to the alignment on your vehicle BUT another vehicle's repair was in process on the alignment rack and that it would be at least 2 hours before the rack needed for your alignment would be available. We then gave you the option of setting an appointment to have the alignment checked so that we could ensure prompt service but you declined the appointment stating that you would check back later to see if there was availability for service. When you arrived later the other vehicle was still on the rack and in process. You decided to wait, knowing that we did not promise a finish time for your alignment check. We did not put anyone in line ahead of you and we did not take your vehicle out of order. It was simply a case of one vehicle needing to be finished before we could start another.
