Chuck and Shelley are courteous, honest, and trustworthy people. They are always upfront and explain exactly what needs to be done and their estimates are about as close as it gets to cost. Any time you call for an update they know exactly what is going on with your vehicle and always give an estimate to when it will be done as well. I feel very lucky to have found them and the group of mechanics at PALS! Thank you so much for everything.
