I have had work done with Pals in the past but I had moved from where I was close to them (within 2 miles). I then started to go to shops for my auto maintenance that were a bit closer. I was in need of a wheel alignment and went to start searching for the best deal. That's where Pals came back into my life. They had a Groupon for exactly what I needed. I went for the 1-year alignment and brought in my car. I thought I was due for brakes as well so I let Shelly know that and she said they would take a look. Next thing I receive a call from Chuck asking what problem I had with the brakes. I let him know that I wasn't having any issues but with just getting the tires done figured it was time for the brakes as well. He informed me that they DID NOT need to be replaced. All I need was a brake flush fluid replacement done. I was overjoyed that I didn't need brakes but even more impressed with the fact they called and let me know I didn't need them. That could have easily been a quick sale for them but instead, they were honest and only told me what I needed. Of course I got the brake flush done and I will be going back to get my brakes done when needed in about 15k miles I was told. I highly recommend Pals. They really are your Pal!

Stopped in after buying replacement tail light bulbs at the neighboring Advacne Auto Parts store. They installed them for free while I waited.

Just came in with a cracked radiator and got told it was going to be $1300!! Wants to replace all this other stuff that didn’t need to be replaced.. then said he will only do the radiator for $800! He’s crazy!!

Had a vehichle broken down in their parking lot. But wouldn't let me buy my parts from the advanced auto that is attached to their building. They obviously want to make up prices on parts. I'm an auto tech as well, we would never turn away business based off of who purchases parts, especially when the parts store is attached. I will never bring a car here again and will let everyone I know not to go here. That's just poor business. Hopefully that advanced auto parts gets lots of business without Pals.... pathetic.
