Margaret, we appreciate that you came in to see us on 9/7/2018! That was over a year ago and we apologize you still feel this way about us after all this time. According to the invoice, the Kia Rio that you brought in on 9/7/2018 was experiencing several different problems all noted on the paperwork as follows: "Customer was advised that vehicle has a bad transmission leak and vehicle has excessive timing belt noise. We sold a battery because the battery would not start the car in the parking lot, we performed a charging system test and the battery failed the test requiring a replacement battery. Part of testing the battery requires us to try and charge the battery, which takes 45min to 1hour, and that explains the wait that you experienced. We changed the oil in the car because Margaret asked for it at the counter when she asked us to check the battery." Margaret, the battery will always be cheaper off the shelf at a parts store instead of at a full-service garage. That should not be a surprise. Plus, we are certain that we told you about the leak and noise as a courtesy. Perhaps you lost the documentation? Either way, we wish you well and are here to serve you and your vehicle if you ever need us.
