We are sorry you feel this way about our service. At our shop, we are going to tell you all the things that need attention on your vehicle so you can be safe, make wise decisions, and avoid the need for a tow truck. We thank you for allowing us the opportunity to repair your radiator on Saturday. As you know, the benefits of our 3 year/36,000 mile nationwide parts and labor warranty will cover those repairs. Unfortunately, it looked like something else went awry on your vehicle that needs further attention, and we are glad you brought the vehicle back to us on Monday. As we suspected, the vehicle has a misfire on the number 2 cylinder and unfortunately, it is under the intake manifold which makes it labor-intensive. We offered to repair at a discounted rate but you were furious that it wouldn’t be covered free of charge. We wish that we could have prepared you better that this might happen, and we are sorry we did not do a good job of communicating it. The good news is that the vehicle will continue to drive with the misfire for now. If you would like us to finish the repairs, we will be most happy to do so.
