Prices were a tad bit more however, they worked with us and everyone was happy!! They also lead with their warranty information whereas other shops NEVER mentioned it. ALL employees were professional and polite. I would recommend and use them again when/if needed. Side note: the person who brought my husband to pick up the car was also pleased just by the way everyone presented themselves. She now will also recommend Pals!! Thank you.
