When I politely told Chuck that I just couldn’t afford it right now, but thank you so much for your time and effort, he turned very nasty and extremely rude. Some quotes from his text message to me included, “let someone else fix it and don’t bother me again,“ “we don’t need customers like you,“ and “don’t come back.” I’m so glad I saw this side before letting such disgusting people work on my car. I wish I could screen shot and post the conversation between us. Very shocking.

We are sorry you feel this way, Megan. We bent over backward to pick up your vehicle from your workplace, bring it to our shop to do a full inspection, and gave you a complete report of the metal-to-metal driver's side rotor which requires thorough brake repair. Add to the fact that you drive a BMW, and the parts and labor for BMW brake repairs are pricy. We did not charge you a dime for our extra care and service, and we are sorry you make us out to be the bad guy in your review. We wish you well.

We were 3 hours into our 14 hour drive home when we had car issues and was able after getting a jump to make it to Pals. Chuck was over the top helpful, checked everything out and more to be sure we wouldn’t have more issues before getting home. Got us in and out quickly and charged a very reasonable price the same we would get at home. We never felt taken advantage of because we were stranded. We would recommend Pals to anyone and everyone! Thank you Chuck for all of your kind help and prompt attention!

This review is based on the diagnostics of my vehicles problem. Currently they are trying to find a replacement module from Japan on my 1991 Mitsubishi 3000 GT SL. PALS has always tried their best when repairing and finding parts for my 30 year old vehicle and have been successful 100% to date.
